A walk in Condado. Fortín de San Gerónimo.

My fashion:

dress: Aruna Boutique necklace: Chloe&Isabel bag: hola! sunglasses: Electroshock

Fortín de San Gerónimo del Boquerón is a small fort located in the heart of the Condado Lagoon, minutes from Old San Juan. Not everybody knows about it, it’s a little hidden gem that offers beautiful views.

It was built during the 18th century and it was used by the Spanish to defend the city of San Juan from English attacks. It was a strategic place on the line with Castillo San Cristóbal.

San Gerónimo is located behind Caribe Hilton Hotel. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. San Gerónimo is owned by the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, but is managed by the Hilton.

It is a great ending to a nice walk along Condado Lagoon or after shopping in the little mall in Paseo Caribe. These beautiful views and the breezy location is perfect for a beautiful and comfortable maxi dress from Aruna boutique. I value stylish looks but I love the comfort. Simple yet elegant you can dress it up or make it a bit more casual. My statement necklace adds extra edginess to my look and location makes all look so romantic.

Keep your eyes open while in Puerto Rico every walk, every corner is beautiful. get out and explore. You will be amazed.
